In accordance with Section 51 of the Canada Marine Act, the Nanaimo Port Authority Board of Directors is providing 60 days notice regarding the proposed fee amendments that will take effect on April 1, 2022. Persons interested in making a representation in writing to the Port Authority about the proposed fee document amendments may do so in writing by email to [email protected].
