Duke Point Phase 4 Feasibility Study – Request for Proposals

The Port of Nanaimo, in partnership with VIEA and the National Trade Corridor Fund have put out a Request for Proposals (RFP) for a Duke Point Phase 4 Feasibility Study.

Duke Point has an impactful role to play improving supply chain efficiency and resiliency of the South Coast Gateway in British Columbia, Canada. The primary objective of the study is to explore whether a major investment in the Duke Point Terminal would provide a cost competitive, operationally efficient, and sustainable option to extend the capacity and improve the resilience of the South Coast Gateway servicing Vancouver Island, BC’s mainland and Canada.

The Nanaimo Port Authority (NPA) is inviting experienced consultants to respond to the Duke Point Terminal & Port Uplands Feasibility Study RFP.
